Discover the Hidden Bars of Dubrovnik's Old Town

Dubrovnik's Old Town is a treasure trove of history and beauty, with its ancient walls, narrow streets, and stunning architecture. While exploring this UNESCO World Heritage site, venture beyond the well-trodden path and discover the hidden bars tucked away in the nooks and crannies of this historic gem. Here are a few secret spots where you can unwind, sip on delicious cocktails, and soak up the charm of Dubrovnik's Old Town.

D'Vino Wine Bar

Nestled in an inconspicuous alley, D'Vino Wine Bar is a cozy haven for wine lovers. The bar offers an impressive selection of Croatian wines, expertly curated by passionate sommeliers. Sit at the bar and let the knowledgeable staff guide you through the diverse flavours and aromas of Croatia's finest vintages.

Buza Bar

For a unique experience, head to my favourite Buza Bar, perched dramatically on the cliffs overlooking the Adriatic Sea. To find it, look for a discreet sign on the city walls that leads you to a small hole-in-the-wall entrance. Once inside, you'll be rewarded with breathtaking views and a laid-back atmosphere. Sip on a refreshing drink as you watch the waves crash against the rocks beneath you. I recommend this bar for the most stunning sunset views; however, please arrive early as it gets busy.

Troubadour Jazz Cafe

Step into Troubadour Jazz Cafe and be transported to another era. Tucked away in a charming square, this hidden gem is a haven for jazz enthusiasts. Enjoy live jazz performances while sipping on craft cocktails and immersing yourself in the intimate ambience of this unique bar.
